Bond Court Advocate
The L.E.D.C.S. is a modified version of VAMS 'victim assistance management system' whereas this system tracks defendants and their cases 'crimes' while incarcerated. The defendant can have unlimited victims and multiple bond court hearing, tracking each case and victim separately. It tracks the type of bond hearings, bond hearing dates, trial dates, judges, bond amounts, special bond conditions and whether the victim was present during the preceding. During the preceding the court advocate records all services provided to the victim and records special bond conditions. The notification of release is recorded on the victim information screen.
Less File Cabinets - Less Paper Storage
Imaging of Defendant notes and Victims Cases along with defendant/victims work papers that can be previewed anytime from the workstation along with the defendant/victim information. The imaging folder is stored on an external path drive or server. The latest technology will allow twin monitors whereas all previewed images selected can be physically moved to the second monitor with your mouse therefore you are able to view the defendant, victim/cases/services provided plus other information at the same time.
